AVAILABILITY
Some lawyers will be very hard to reach once the flat fee/retainer fee has been paid. Not here. We are always available and return all calls on the same day they are received, when the call is placed before 3:00 p.m. Calls received after 3:00 p.m. are returned, at the very latest, the following business day.
CONFIDENTIALITY
This office does not seek out publicity for our benefit at the expense of our clients. Generally, lawyers who are constantly in the news are there for their own publicity. We believe that the less the public hears about your case, the better it is for you, our clients. You have our word on that.
HONESTY
You will always hear the truth from this office. Some lawyers solicit clients-we never do. Some lawyers try to impress potential clients with a listing of their great results. Usually they cite DUI cases where they got a fantastic string of dismissals. What they don’t tell you are the DA charges 2 counts-23152(a) & 23152(b). 23152(a)-Driving Under The Influence and 23152(b)-Driving With Blood Alcohol .08 or Above. If you plead guilty to one count, the District Attorney automatically dismisses count 2. Therefore, the lawyers should tell you when listing their great “results” that for every dismissed count, they pled the client guilty to the other count. This sort of misleading the client will never occur in this office.
